People with disabilities should be welcomed and included in all aspects of our society. This includes public activities, programs and settings, and private establishments which are open and accessible to members of the general public. Our agency believes people with disabilities should receive the supports they need to participate fully and actively in their community of choice.
In 2021, All in the Family, LLC (AITF) marks its 16th year of successfully ‘creating families’ for children and vulnerable adults who receive services from the state of Arizona Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). A child or vulnerable adult must meet certain Arizona eligibility requirements after being diagnosed with one or more of the four state recognized developmental disabilities: Cognitive, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Epilepsy.
Gary Davis, Founder and Director, originally started the agency monitoring Foster Family homes and offering support to Adult Developmental Home (ADH) and Child Developmental Home (CDH) providers. He then expanded services provided to include a Home Community Based Services (HCBS) Division both in Tucson and Phoenix offering Attendant Care, Habilitation, and Respite.
AITF is fully equipped to meet the needs of all we serve and support and our agency is honored to provide services that lie within our scope of work to any child or vulnerable adult and their family regardless of their color, culture, disability, ethnic group, gender, race, religion or socioeconomic status.
We understand the importance of ensuring that the services, supports, practices, attitudes and policies we have in place do all they can to encourage and make it possible for all individuals with a Developmental Disability (sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, family members, neighbors and friends) to live full lives of their own choosing in their community of choice.
